1. Service
CF Advertising provides tools for sellers to submit promotional offers, manage credits and distribute eligible campaigns through enabled destinations.
2. Seller accounts
Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Submitted offers
You are responsible for titles, images, prices, discount information, coupons, dates and destination links that you submit.
4. Credits
Credits are units used for eligible publication campaigns. Promotional credits can have separate conditions and may be limited to one per eligible account.
5. Publication
Approved offers may be queued, scheduled or published immediately. Third-party platform outages or restrictions can delay or prevent distribution.
6. Marketplace routing
Different marketplaces can follow different destination rules. CF Advertising may change routing to preserve compatibility and service quality.
7. Prohibited use
Illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious or unauthorized content is prohibited.
8. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud, duplicate-account abuse, security risks or serious violations.
9. Availability
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or platform integrations change.
